Bought a treatment from Groupon to this spa. I made an appointment which would be a few days later, and was unable to cancel within 48 hour of my appointment because it was a weekend. I work as a nurse at night and it was 5th shift this week and I was tired and it was a little far from where I live. I had to cancel the day of my appointment and they didn’t even ask why just told they charge a fee, they didn’t even tell me how much or any details on that, found the charge on my card which was 50 dollars. This place seems to not understand good customer service and how to treat people. Even during a pandemic, that’s messed up.
I had bought a Groupon. When I called to redeem it I was told they didn't have available spots before the voucher expired so recommended that I return the Groupon. Stated they would give me the same price as the Groupon. They had an available day within a week. I had to cancel appt so I tried to call 48 hour before appointment due to their cancellation policy. Didn't get a phone call till the following day which then I was charged an $85 to reschedule. I was told a manager would call me back given that I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance but never got a phone call.
Very clean and professional. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Prices were also reasonable
Looking for a nice clean spa to go to? This is the place. I am a fan of spas and this one tops the list
