Went in to renew my tag and it was super fast! The lady working was super friendly and professional! There was a line but it went quickly!

She was friendly. I did have to wait, (outside/ Covid) but as soon as I was in she took great care of me and was very nice.

Best tag agency ever she waited a hole 3 hours to get me my license even tho her system was down shes the best ever thank you so so so much she made my day

The lady that works the desk is extremely rude every time I or anyone I know has to go here for something. Makes people that are smoking outside the building completely leave the property (doesn't even ask nicely), bad attitude, and makes negative comments on things that are absolutely NONE of her business. Please get someone more professional to do this job, or someone tell her to be nicer to people please. We all HAVE to go to the DMV at some point and deal with her, no one needs her bad attitude causing more stress.nnEdit to add: apparently LOTS of people have had issues with her being disrespectful. City of Perry, can you not do better?

Lady was wonderful had my husband and I in and out in 15 minutes. She was very pleasant and talked to us while we waited. Thank you!!!
