I've had so many issues with this location, but continued to take use since they are the closet location and they take my insurance. The pharmacy staff comes off as annoyed and often times rude and impatient with their patients.nnIn one situation, I came to pick up prescription A and ended up paying for a partially filled prescription B order instead. While I admit, part of the blame is on me for not double checking what they gave me in the drive through window, but I was not even aware that they had an order for prescription B handed and they never name the specific prescription they gave me, let alone that they only partially filled the order. This created quite a mess with my insurance and the correct pharmacy I needed to use to fill this specific prescription and I still needed to fill prescription A.nnOther grievances include:n- Not maintaining stock on maintenance medications, typically had to wait additional days for controlled substances when my son was already out of his prescription. For anyone not familiar with the process, you have to wait a number of days before you can get a new prescription each month from your doctor.n- Receiving partially filled orders for the above complaint, causing more issue with insurance and refills down the linen- Waiting hours for a prescription to be filled for needed medications for sick childrenn- Unhelpful with question regarding medicationsnnI am now driving the extra couple of miles to another Walgreens and constantly ask myself why I didn't do it sooner. They are pleasant, extremely efficient, and helpful. I was shocked when I had an urgent care visit with my infant, filled the prescription, and was able to give it to him within an hour of leaving the house for the doctor. It would've been another couple hours and additional headaches if I would've used this location.
