My initial call in to them was after hours, and they apologized for not getting back to me until 8:30am the next morning. That is an example of how courteous and responsive my interaction was from beginning to end. Partner Egbert was great to work with. . . knowledgable, kind, direct, honest and from my perspective genuinely operated with my best interest at heart throughout our counsel. Reasonable pricing too. Everything that I could ask or hope for given my situation. If you guys ever read these. . . thank you. . . I appreciate you.

Lacey Egbert with Hartsfield & Egbert, PLLC has been helping our family since June 2017 with oil & gas issues. My family inherited these mineral rights when my father (petroleum engineer) passed away - but no one in the family knew how to oversee these assets! I found H&E because of their positive reviews online. Lacey is upbeat, knowledgeable and never patronizing, even though we are clueless about these matters. She works quickly & efficiently to resolve problems and achieve the desired outcome. Miraculously, in 2019 she was able to find a company to buy ALL of the family's oil & gas holdings - a tedious & time consuming process!
