Staff here is awesome! Always nice and clean! Food is good as well. They had a few bad apples in the beginning but they got rid of them! Very glad they came to our town.

I put an online order for 4 large pizzas. I paid online and have the confirmation number and order number. Shortly after I put in my order, a employee of Loves, Crescent location called and left a message. The message said their oven was broken and they could not make any pizza. My $51.00 would be refunded. This was Friday evening the 6th of April. I called the store when I noticed that my bank account was debited the $51.00. They said that customer service was going to contact me. So I waited. I’ve checked my account numerous times and the amount has never been credited back. Finally last evening their customer service representative called (April 10th). The gentleman took all of my information and then said someone with card services would be contacting me today (April 11th) between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. I have wasted a whole day waiting for someone to call. I’m not depending on the $50.00 to make or break me. It’s the principle of I paid $50.00 to Loves for nothing but a lot of time on the phone with no resolution. At this point it’s theft. Loves would have called the law on someone for a lot less money.nAs far as the employees at Crescent Loves, they are among the best. It’s a shame they have to work for such a crappy corporation.
