I swiped my card at the gas pump and neither real gas or ethanol gas was clearing to pump even though it approved my card to pump gas so we hung the hose back up and by then the worker locked his door so i decided to check my transactions on my card to make sure no money was taken off.....then BAM!!!! It showed $85 taken off my card AND I NEVER GOT GAS I STILL HAD TO DRIVE HOME ON EMPTY BECAUSE I WENT THERE TO GET GAS. I called my bank and they said if its not back on my card by the 10th they are reimbursing my money and taking legal action against whoever at that store transferred my money. Which was some chinese or foreign guy. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. he also tried to tell us they dont have anything to do with the pumps and a whole other company has to come deal with it. EVEN THOUGH HE RUNS THE STORE ALL DAY EVERYDAY AND CLAIMS THAT SMITTYS DONT MAKE A PROFIT AND THATS ITS ANOTHER COMPANYS BUSINESS. FCK THAT DUDE. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE AGAIN AND MY PAPA ALSO SAID BECAUSE OF THAT BAD BUSINESS HE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR EITHER. THEY ALREADY LOST US AS CUSTOMERS.
It would be nice if they had a working phone number listed for their gas station and the subway built next to it.
