So far I have had the pork chop dinner, they are very thick and delicious. Will be going back to try something different soon!
They have excellent food! Stuffed Baked Potatoes are so good! Bob B Que sandwich is outta this world! Sliced beef, coleslaw & beans on top!!! The Best!
Right off the highway, just outside Guthrie Oklahoma, I found a pleasant surprise. Located inside a gas station sets the Chicken Shack 2 Go. Formerly a BBQ stand, this spin off of a Luther favorite brings their outstanding chicken recipes to this this location. Quickly becoming a local favorite. The chicken was tasty, the sides were as good. The surprise was the smoked tri-tip. Whenever you find yourself driving through Guthrie, it's worth your time to stop and grab some mouthwatering food.
To start whoever compared this chicken to eischens chicken, you've lost your mind. I ordered half a bird and to say the least it reminded me of some simple flavored chicken place like churches or something of that. The chicken was pretty salty the wedges i got were to wide and not enough crunch to them. I stumbled upon this location from a job site. But a few people i know where talking up this place so had to try. Honest opinion not better than eischens chicken. And maybe the chicken isn't the top seller so may need to try something else.
Not a bad place I would eat there again if I'm out that way
