The only reason I'm giving 4 stars, instead of 5, is that GC is fast food. This restaurant consistently has the best service of anywhere in town. The staff is always friendly and professional, and my order is always right. I love the menu, here. I just can't praise this location enough!
Best chicken hands down. The only issues are 1st I guess cause it's linked to a truck stop we don't always get the same deals as other golden chick stores and every time i order at the drive through you get cut off when giving your order or the person taking the order is doing more than one thing at a time but quality wise always on point and staff is friendly and fastnn02-04-21 Came by at 630 this morning not opened slough it was posted as being open
Best chicken in the South
Swore last time I’d never return. They come up with the fried cod sandwich. I ordered 2 for girlfriend and myself. Worst fish sandwich I’ve ever had. Save $4.00 and go to McDonalds. Definitely better. Golden Chick gets a D-.....
For me it's hit or miss. Love the food here but, if they offer you the 20 piece shrimp, don't buy it. It's inedible. Hard as rocks. Probably because it's old it fried way too hard. The 3 piece chicken sandwich is the best. Must have. Over all, the food is good. And those rolls will make you slap somebody. They are just that good.
