They unfortunately messed up back-to-back consecutive orders within two days of each other. I'll still go back. The waitstaff is friendly and for the most part smiling. Expediters may need to slow down a bit and double read the tickets to ensure product correctness.nTip: read the ticket backwards. That's right. I went to SONIC at 11 PM on Saturday night they close at 12 AM on Saturday nights when I arrive to sonic they told me that I cannot place my order that they were only taking drink orders due to being understaffed never in my life have I heard that before what kind a ridiculous excuse is that when they have four people working. Also I was the only car there

Just moved to this town, got some burgers and a footlong coney. Was pretty good, and service was fast. Ordered pretty much instantly and they got the order all good. Pretty nice Sonic trip. ❤

Absolute sorry service. I’ve been coming to this sonic for years. I’ve recently been using the SONIC APP and I tried to order my grilled cheese, cinnasnaxs, large Vanilla Coke (which supposed to be half off) and receive a free small cold brew coffee with my purchase. When I went to go complete my order it wouldn’t go through. I got the same message 3x’s. (SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.) so I drove to my local sonic, spoke to the manager and told her what was going on. That I was try to order my food and I wanted to try the free cold brew coffee to see if it was any good. She proceeded to tell me, “We don’t have anything to do with the app and I cannot give anything away for free.” No apology and then rudely left the intercom before I could respond. Poor management at its finest. Do not recommend this location.

Young boy taking the my order made me repeat myself several times and I felt that he was having fun doing it. After completing my order and before paying for the food I became uneasy about the transaction no longer trusted the employees preparing the food so I cancelled my order and left and will probably never return which seems like what they wanted and what I want also.
