Pizza was good, but the customer service is better. We had an error with the online order going through more than once. We got to keep all the pizza, and only had to pay for the initial order. It was my first time trying Papa John's out here in Guthrie. I will definitely be going back.
Didn't give 5 stars because I didn't get the sauces that I ordered and the toppings on my supreme pizza were all on one side of the pizza. Otherwise we love Papa John's. Pizza is normally so good.
So I ordered pizza for my son for breakfast! I like to be a cool mom! But I guess I have forgotten the drink! I didn't remember even buying one but I did! So instead of me calling the manager or anything like that the owner of MY PAPA JOHN'S brought it to me him self!!!! That's why I will ALWAYS go to PAPA JOHN'S!!!!! Love them!!!!
Best pizza i've had in a long time.
If I could 0 star this place I would. Ordered a pizza at 11:05am said it would be 35-45mins. Waited an hour before calling and got a rude general manager on the phone with a foreign accent saying that Americans don’t like to work that’s why our pizza was delayed. It’s now been an hour and 30 mins and still no pizza. Not happy with this experience.
