Best ice cream, shakes, and burgers.
The ice cream here was great. Lots of choices of flavors and toppings. The qualiy was good. My only complaint was that the girls serving and scooping had no gloves on. It would be more sanitary with gloves.
Staff is usually friendly and service is typically fast. Food and ice cream is good quality, too. However, I definitely wish that employees wore masks and gloves during the pandemic (bonus points if gloves were changed often, as well.) Additionally, I have seen many chains keeping customers from being able to grab anything by handing out straws, napkins, sauce, etc. I would love to see this in place at Braum's since I greatly enjoy eating here.
Great food shakes are amazing! We dined in its open 100%. The dining area was clean. Hardly any wait. Very satisfying
I only went through the drive thru. The employee was knowledgeable about their products and helpful in making a decision. Order was perfect and tasted great.
