This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had in my life that involved 3 other customers in a heated argument!!!nnI come here all the time, ever since they opened up this location. I just come here to have some food, have a few drinks and watch the games as usual, after a hard day of work.nnIt all started with a very bad attitude from the bartender (Ashton - Drama Queen). Everytime, I come here, she just doesn't want to serve me at all. Whenever I come in, I always greet the employees I know, and tip when I leave with no problems. The rest of the employees are always very nice to me.nnWhy have a business if you don't want to serve your regular customers? I called the manager and explained the situation to him.nnAs a parent, I was very disappointed with Ashton today. Best advice in life, always treat every human being with respect.nnThank you!!!
I love going there and normal it would have been 5 stars. This time they were not so gooded. Now I am told that they will not play the American national anthem. So now I have not eaten there in 2 years and won't .
Not the best BWW I've had. Wings were over done and not enough sauce.
Drove here alllll the way from the south side to have dinner with my siblings. Ordered dinner and asked if I could use my free birthday wings from the app and she said she would ask. I went ahead and ordered them and my fries. Everyone else ordered. After about an hour our food came out. Cold. Not warm. Not hot. Freezing cold. My brother had asked for boneless wings. But Was brought traditional. He didn’t want to say anything for fear of it taking another hour. I asked for ranch when I ordered. Didn’t get it. So I asked again when the food came out. It took about 10 min to get it. Then when the waitress finally came back to check on us, everyone’s cups were empty. We were just ready to get our tickets. We’ve been here over 2 hours. She got the tickets wrong. And she never asked about using my birthday wings. Will never return to this location ever again. Worst service and food ever. Complete waste of money and time
Jammin Jalapeno is back and I could not be happier. Their boneless wings are apparently improved, but I did not notice much of a difference. Great beer selection!nnUpdate your hours, RONA!
