The staff there go above and beyond to see you are happy. Very sweet staff,great service. The food is always fresh and hot.

Have ordered the 10 dollar special pizza 2 times now and been charged over 18 dollars for the pizza, then they show a coupon given for 4 something dollars at the bottom of the receipt thant still makes it 14 dollar pizza, plus tax and delivery fee and want to know why you are calling about it. Manager says they will give me a 5 dollar credit on my next order, but never asked for any information and hung up.

Three stars because its been better. But since I cannot talk to a manger today, I will leave my comments here. I called in just before 1 to order. I was not given a delivery time estimation. I waited an hour then called back to see if it was on its way. It wasn't. I asked the girl when it was made and she didn't know but told me if I receive it and it's old then I can call back and get a new one or get a credit. So I waited another 15 minutes, but I was irritated by the answers I got so I called back to just cancel and the lady said someone is on their way with it. I told her that I don't want an old hard sandwich, she asked me to hold and I was immediately sent to the customer service line. A guy picked up, I started explaining to him the problem and he hung up on me! Then the delivery driver got there and I asked her to call her manager which she did. The manager did not want to speak to me. They decided to just give me the sandwich. All I wanted was to tell the manager, please have your employees explain to customers the approximate wait times to avoid this. If I had known from the git that it was going to take almost and hour and a half, I would have walked around the corner abd got papa johns or chicken fresh instead.nnAlso, while I'm here, every cook there needs retrained on making breadsticks, they are always awful. Thank you.

Ordered pizza online told me it would be over an hour I called an hour later they told me you’ll be ready in 10 minutes got there they said I never ordered -very frustrating- Will give Dominos a try

Piaced an irder online, and once again they messed up my order. And when you call to speak to anyone, they are nice but they wont fix it...because it was online. Truly believe they need to fix their system.
