Recently did an interior remodel. Can be busy in the evening a lot but the food is quality. The queso is top notch and their tortillas are the best in the large burrito business.
This Qdoba was my go to spot. Tonight (8:20pm) I chose to leave without placing an order. I was there for approximately 7 minutes. There was three customers in front of my husband and I. Three employees up front. In that time I observed customer 1 leaning on and talking over the glass, staff dis not ask customer to back up. Customers two and three did not have a mask on at all. One employee that was serving wiped his nose on his hand, then wiped his hand on his apron and continued to prepare orders. With that said, I walked out and immediately called the manager.
I eat at this location quite a bit but they have issues with web pickup orders. I’ve ordered extra chicken with my bowl multiple times and lately they are not adding it or not getting the order correct, I don’t like paying money for nothing.
This Qdoba is one of the better ones in Edmond. The food is usually hot and fresh and the employees, although typically not extremely friendly, seem to do a good job. The store is always clean and when I order to-go it’s always ready when I get there.
Clean, friendly staff, good customer service, good place to eat.
