Worth the 2hr trip to eat lunch or dinner.
Stables Cafe is located in downtown Guthrie. It is a cool place to eat at and to enjoy the ambiance of all the cool decorations. The food is great. They serve a lot of different kinds of food to include steaks and amazing BBQ! I would encourage you to stop in and grab a bite. I highly recommend trying the BBQ. They also have a buffet for $15. It is a full service buffet. Great place to eat!!
Wow! The salad bar was wonderful! There were so many good things on the menu. But the sweet tea was to die for...I think I had way too much. I may eat here a second time if we are in the area long enough.
The wait to be seated was a bit longer than expected, but given COVID and social distancing requirements, it's to be expected. Beyond that, they have a pretty deep menu...catering to just about any taste. Service was adequate. Overall, a neat place to visit for American food. Very eclectic with brewery right next door. Enjoy!
Food was ok. The kids enjoyed their meal. Waitress was very nice. Restaurant needs a serious scrubbing though. So I don't recommend for those that appreciate cleanliness; your shoes sick to the carpet.
