This store is constantly giving out wrong orders. Orders are correct but food is wrong, two years and still bad service.
Staff was fast and courteous. Masks where worn. Last minute modification to order was handled on the fly without complications and order remained 100 percent accurate.
If you are wondering why the order ahead app is ALWAYS temporarily unavailable at this location, the manager has the ability to turn OFF the app.nEach location is franchised owned. So either the manager doesn't want it on or the owner informs to turn it off.nEither way, its false advertisement.nSince HQ refuses to do anything about this situation, they are part of the problem.nWhat a joke this place has become!!
This Sonic has terrible customer service. Got charged 3 times for my meal, manager stated that the charges would fall off. Never did. Called the Sonic. Manager told me I’d have to call a 1-800 number. Won’t be going back.
Seeing into kitchen was easy. All had masks but not one wearing properly-- most with mash covering chin or throat. After complaining we left & went elsewhere never to return.
