Chris Curtiss is hands-down the most competent, friendly, and on-the-ball insurance agent in this area. I have been working with him for 4 years and have never once been disappointed by the service he and his office provide. I have been receiving ads in the mail from other insurance institutions claiming to save me money, but can come with the trade-off of having to speak to a representative at remote call centers in order to take care of changes or questions; I have consciously chosen to stick with Chris Curtiss at Bell Street because I know I can email or call him directly, and he will follow up usually at a surprisingly speed. Chris takes his clients’ needs, lifestyles, and constraints into consideration when constructing policies for them, and ensures that they are well taken care of — whether in their daily life, or post-disaster. Chris goes out of his way to make sure his clients know that he is there for them.
