I simply needed help logging into my Jackson Hewitt web page. The guy Jim was so rude Pretty much telling me there's nothing he can do. Would it help me with my current card problems I'm having. Also would not help me register my card and send me one with my name on it. He simply told me there is nothing he can do. Even though my card is through Jackson Hewitt he wasn't able to help me at his Jackson Hewitt office. He was very rude had a temper to his demeanor. Would not allow me to talk or state my current problems. I hope that no one comes here in the future. The man that runs this place is rude short-tempered and very disrespectful to me as a customer and as a client of Jackson Hewitt.
Jim was really nice and worked so quickly to assist us in getting our taxes filed. We really liked this office and recommend it to anyone considering getting their taxes prepared by a professional.

From the second we walked in the door the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. We were guided and informed every step of the way.Jim has done an excellent job at managing a clean, friendly environment with staff that seem to truly enjoy their work. Highly recommend!
