Quick and easy but 3x the cost from last year and wasnt up front with pricing. Otherwise not bad

Lisa; was very efficent. She colected our tax paperwork on friday and was ready for review and sign off on Monday..We efiled and will have our return soon. The cost of preperation was worth it. She did all that she could to make sure we were getting as many credits as possible.

My name is Rebecca O'Kelley, I was at the Walmart on Danforth, in Edmond. I went there for the convenience and I didn't have a lot of time, in which I express to the agent. Not only was the location clean and neat, but it didn't take the agent a lot of time to do my return. The agent was courteous, polite and timely. Thank you Jackson Hewitt.
