This location has THE best customer service! I'm not sure of the woman's name (please forgive me)who works there but, she is the sweetest/kindest person that I have personally had the pleasure of interacting with in quite a while! Shes a real joy!

Miss Patricia is the nicest, sweetest most patient lady. She goes through your entire return with you line by line, and if you don't understand something she has no problem discussing whatever it may be with you until you are both satisfied. She really is a credit to the Jackson Hewitt name.
