Awesome owners and staff! You feel welcome as soon as you enter the door. Whatever your jewelry needs, this is the place to shop. Need repairs, no problem. They resoldered my wedding rings, cleaned them, and got them back to me in a couple of days. They look brand new! We have done business with them over the years and their friendly service never changes. It matters not how much you spend, they treat you like you are the most important customer they have. Great local jewelry store. Products are reasonably priced and repairs are superb. I have many lovely items from Crown that are just as pretty today as they were when they were bought over 20 years ago to include my beautiful wedding ring designed as a one of a kind that unfortunately was lost recently when I had to remove it for a procedure. If you find this ring, I've got a reward for you! Crown jewelry's service after the sale is the best!

I ordered a pair of replacement earrings and they arrived right away. The people at Crown Jewelry are always kind and polite. You would think that an average store would want another customer or another sale, but Crown Jewelry wants a HAPPY customer!!!
