I visited their website. Google asked how they were based on that. It is the off season for floating. I wanted to plan an off season family float trip. None of the float places I have contacted via the internet have contacted me back. I haven't called their phone numbers as I prefer getting initial information online or in person.

We tried Riverbend floats for the first time and absolutely loved it. It was easy to make our reservation on line and complete the releases prior to arrival. Once we arrived, parking was easy and it was relaxed and stress free. We just checked in, grabbed our life jackets and loaded the bus. It was a much better and less chaotic process than other outfitters we have used plus it was a few dollars less. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the option of not having to check in until 11 am for kayak trips. The stretch of river we floated was absolutely breathtaking. We did the 10 mile and we competed it in about six hours with plenty of stops along the way. We will definitely used Riverbend from now on as it has been the best experience we’ve had on all our trips to the Illinois over the years.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I'll preface this by saying I used another rental company earlier this summer and was dissatisfied with them. I had low expectations for Riverbend Floats. However, to my delight Riverbend Floats offered a terrific experience. Their website and mobile web version were easy to use. I booked online the day before, showed up to their customer service desk the day of my trip and was received by a friendly employee. Again, I expected there to be delays and unfriendly staff but that was not the case! The employee quickly registered my group and we were on a bus to the river within 15 minutes. We rented single and double kayaks, which were nice and of high quality. The time on the river was wonderful - just what my group needed - some fun and relaxation in the great outdoors! At the end of the day a staff member asked about our trip and seemed genuinely interested in our day. I will definitely use Riverbend Floats again! One last thing on a personal note, I appreciated the rainbow flag flying outside Riverbend Floats. I've been a victim of discrimination in Oklahoma so the simple gesture put me at ease.

Our family had a great time rafting the river! Everyone was very professional, polite and helpful. They were quick to get us on their buses both coming and going. This area of the river was scenic and fairly quiet...great for families with small kids.

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed it. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. They were flexible with our accommodations and even moved our friends down to a cabin closer to us at our request. Tubing was a great experience. Great value for the price. We will be back for sure.
