The pedi tech hurt my toes by digging too much grr. My brows were waxed and tinted crooked. I did not ask for tint. And when i asked her to fix my brows she said one is thinner than the other and she fix 2 weeks. Heck no i cant trust her. I will take my 105$ elsewhere.

The technician was so unprofessional. She answered a FaceTime call during the pedicure! She went in the back room several times for 10-15 minutes at a time. She got mad when we didn’t want gel. She was arguing with us about our bad decision. She was clearly in a hurry to get it done. The work was sloppy. The nails smudged. We called to ask for a refund or compensation. She insisted in a hateful way that her work was impeccable and we must have messed up our own nails. My friend asked for an eyebrow wax as compensation or full refund. The lady kept saying she would fix one nail. She finally agreed to do the eyebrows. When my friend went back in, the lady was in her face about the smudged still.

I have no idea how this salon has so many positive reviews, that’s the number one reason I choose it. This whole process was a mess. I called for an appointment at 1:00 pm. He was outside in the front smoking, you should always be in the back if you’re going to smoke. Second when he came in he did not wash his hands which were by his mouth. We’re in a pandemic people, come on.nThird and MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE DID A TERRIBLE JOB on my nails. This is probably the worst set I’ve ever had. He did not know what he was doing. It had nicks in the dip so he decided to paint gel over it. There are uneven, too short, poorly shaped, already chipping. I talked to him when they were done to get him to fix and I definitely think there is a language barrier. AVOID THIS SALON.

My friends and I went to get our toes done, they did not use new tools each time. They used the same ones on all of us, and didn’t even try to clean them. I would not recommend luxury nails.
