The staff is as helpful and knowledgeable as can be. I've been with them for quite a few years off and on up to the last 3 yrs. They don't have time to beat around the Bush. I love that about them. Keep up the great work C.C.S.S!!

I love Dr P but it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get rx refills if you have not had time to get blood work and come in...it is 1-4-19 and the lady that does my labs works tomorrow and my rx ran out a week ago...harps called yesterday and again today and I am on hold to ask also...have waited as long as a week without my meds...not right! Also if you are in Siloam the phone hold time is as much as a half an hour...just got off the phone and YEP what I thought NOTHING until Monday so all weekend without meds now. They say up to 72 hours but this will be 5 days wait. Unprofessional and not concerned for patients' health much at all if any. Ugh

If you don’t have to come here, I wouldn’t. Always backed up even when you make an appointment just for a blood draw. Then your sitting out in the waiting room with coughing and sneezing people and knowing your going to get sick from being here
