I dont recall time since this place opened that they have gotten an order correct.

I really like TB for the vegan options, but every time I order there is meat or dairy( cheese sauce, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce or sour cream). I go back and ask for a remake, which they do no problem. The issue I have is my order is messed up even when I specifically ask for vegan. Also the NO Fresco is wack, the onion and tomatoes that can be put on instead are limp and bland. There needs to be some training because I have dairy intolerance and no matter how much I ask to omit certain ingredients it doesn't happen. I've worked fast food before but food allergies/ intolerances are real and need to be taken seriously!!

after a long walk across town I was disappointed to find out the dining room was being closed when I got there, but the drive-thru was still open.nI was on foot. Have you ever tried to go through a drive through on foot? I have heard everything from it's a health hazard so they can't serve me food through the drive-thru to it's against the law to walk where the car is drive.nHowever, one employee, who was locking the door when I walked up, helped me out big time! He asked the manager if they could go ahead and serve me. I had to wait until the drive-thru was cleared out. I'm not complaining because I know, especially in this town, they don't normally do this kind of thing. They went ahead and served me as if I was in the dining room, though they did have me stand outside. I am very grateful for this.

I updated my review... they had to have changed mgmt...3 mos ago the girls that worked there were awful. Gentlemen working the window... GOOD JOB!
