Ordered a pizza on the buffet. After waiting for nearly an hour for fresh pizza.I asked about it. The frontline asked the cook. He then told her that they could not make a specialty pizza. Not happy. They could have told us so we could have ordered another one so we would have had fresh, not dried out pizza. Thank u
The last 5 times we ordered from the Hugo restaurant we waited for well over an hour. The last time we ordered we placed an order for delivery. After an hour of waiting we called them and asked if we could just pick it up. They informed us that the food was already in transit (we love 2 blocks away) so we waited another 45 minutes, but they never showed. We phoned them and told them to cancel our order and she said the foos was sitting there. We picked it up and EVERYTHING WAS COLD.
1st visit was good,had 1 regular crust and 1 thin crust both where cooked great. 2nd visit ordered all thin crust, the crust was soggy and not crispy.
Good Pizza, very busy. A drive thru as well as eat-in. Salad bar during lunch.. willing to make special orders!. Delivery around Hugo...needs some updating. Nice people, good service.
They have keto options, which we love! They seem to have some new staff members lately, and they work together very well. Friendly group of people!
