Will never use them again, give Pinnacle your account, they will set you up right and have propane delivered ! Pinnacle came and did my business right ! If I could delete the stars I would, MFA deserves a blank review.

I used to love mfa before it got bought out that is. I live in a neighborhood of about 50 houses with in a 6 mile radius. It used to be we could order and tell them how many ppl needed their tanks filled. Now we each have to schedule an appointment individually. They won't top off your tank. They won't fill your tank unless you're under 40% and if you're under 20% you get a penalty. When you call for an appointment it can take up to two weeks before they can get to you. I also have to pay $59 a year for my tank. If I wasn't under a contract with my tank I would switch. I feel like these 5 star reviews are from when the previous owners ran the place.

I called and asked about getting propane was never told about getting a credit account there. So I paid in full (on tuesday)was told it could take 5 days to get on the schedule but usually only takes 2. I recieved a call 2 days later and the driver came out and between him and my husband somehow the tank was knocked over. The driver told my husband I will be back tomorrow after yall set the tank back up. My husband said ok and we got the tank set. I called Friday to see when they would be out and was told we weren't on the schedule when I asked why, the woman couldn't tell me. I missed her call later that afternoon and the voice message said to call Monday to see if we were on the schedule then. When I call Monday I was informed that I was still not on the schedule. I told the woman that i have already paid $304 dollars and I also have small children including a 3 month old. Tuesday I am finally on the schedule when I got up this morning it was 18° outside and extremely cold inside. The driver is here now but the lack of communication in this company is extremely poor. I am very frustrated and upset at the entire ordeal. Not sure I will use them again.
