2 Day old sweet tea nasty
It took 20 minutes for them to answer to order and another 10 to deliver a water.
Came here yesterday, the lady gave us the wrong change and we were nice about it at first and let her know and asked for the correct change, she had attitude calling us a liar and said she would go get her manager. The manager was very nice and gave us our correct change. After we left we realized our order was completely messed up. We paid for extra cheese on our wrap and there was no cheese. We ordered a large chili cheese fry and there were barely any fries in it. Our burger had no ketchup after we asked for mayonnaise mustard and ketchup. And our fries we ordered with our burger were cold. The lid was also not all the way on our drink so I got Dr Pepper all over me. I’ve worked at sonic for 2 years until recently so I know this is not how carhops should act and service should be. Very disappointed.
Our most recent visit wasn't bad. We ordered drinks and they were out in a timely manner while they were packed. But we've avoided coming here for food for a few months now. Takes forever and chicken is awful, like the grease hasn't been changed or something. I don't like to leave bad reviews but, just drive 15 minutes to tontitown if you really want sonic.
