This is the first time I've ever had bad service at an Arby's! We ordered two number 16's with curly fries and a Dr pepper with no ice and a diet coke. We got to the window and received one drink (the diet coke) and no fries. The manager came to the window and was really hateful. She said if we wanted the meal, we had to say meal (even though they numbers on the menu specifically said meal), otherwise they don't know that we want the meal. The number SAID it was the meal, but I guess that's not how it works. We ordered to pay the correct amount for what we wanted but she rolled her eyes and walked away. We got the rest of our food but the employees treated us like thieves... The worst thing for me. I reported to the corporate office but they didn't care. So regardless of how much I love a roast beef sandwich or a French dip, I will not go to another arby's.

The brisket was partly Grey looking, did not have much flavor. I was disappointed. Arby's food used to taste good. I was glad they had inside dining but was unhappy with the food.

this restaurant would be at least 4 star worthy in my review if it had the proper managers training their employees the right way. i think you need to look into new management, and any new employee that comes into your restaurant needs to be trained properly. i’ve seen too many people all over the place in your restaurant and that’s absolutely unacceptable. will be notifying corporate if nothing changes on this.

Ok, so my experience with fast food in Siloam Springs is NOT A PLEASANT one, however tonight I chose Arby's and I have to say it was perfection ud83dudc4c the kid at the drive thru made sure the order was made as ordered and quality checked to make sure the order was complete...Kudos ARBY'S
