Greeted the moment I walked in. Very nice atmosphere and appointments really matter.
I always take my vevhicle here to be worked on. The staff is great always respectful. As a lady I can assure you that they do not make you feel uncomfortable.
We stopped in to Gaye Chevrolet on the way to the beach from Charlotte for Memorial Day Weekend when the oil pressure light in our 2008 Tahoe suddenly came on. Even though it was 30 minutes before their service department closed they were more than willing to find the part we needed, put fans on the engine to cool it down, did the repair, and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. Needless to say when we are ready to make our next Chevrolet purchase in the next few months, we will be making the short trip down the road.
5 stars, hands down. Kevin was amazing and incredible PERSONABLE, which is almost impossiblento find at a dealership these days! Bobby was so helpful and easy to take to and made the entire buying experience easier than ever before!! Will definitely be repeating our business there!!!
I can’t say enough about these good folks. They had a model of truck I had been looking for and I gave them a call about it and they were very honest and transparent on the truck. I trusted their word and made the 2.5 hour drive to see it. It was in excellent condition as they described. They put it on the lift for me so I could check everything over. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Best car dealership I’ve dealt with. I’d make the drive again without hesitation to deal with them again.
