Awesome park with so many waterfalls in one place!! It by far was the most beautiful i have seen in western North Carolina. Go early because parking is very limited. And dont forget Bridal Veil Falls which is around 1.6 mile hike...definitely worth it!

Nice mix of easy and challenging hiking and mountain biking trails. Great for families, not nearly as crowded as parks adjacent to the BRP. Several really impressive waterfalls as well.

Stunning waterfalls and great hiking. High Falls was just beautiful. Very easy to get to, not too strenuous of a hike. We pushed on after the Covered Bridge trail to Grassy Creek Falls and it was not too bad to get there. A little tough on the climb down, but doable and worth it. Was nobody there when we went. My guess is it's a little overlooked, but we enjoyed seeing it.

Spent a fun day hiking the trails. The falls were impressive due to recent rains. The trails are not difficult if you do any hiking. There is a set of steps going down to the base of the falls which requires taking your time. Definitely worth including in your vacation plans!

Beautiful falls. Trails are easy to navigate. 100% recommend to go to and check out the many options available for spending your day.
