Our granddaughters, ages 4 and 2, were visiting this past weekend. I contacted the library, spoke with Sarah. I told Sarah the types of books they were interested in. She prepared two to go bags for them. Put in a craft and gave them a coupon for a free ice cream at Scoops. They had not read any of the books. They read them over and over again for three days. I will do this again when I go visit them at Thanksgiving. All the books were either hand sanitized or put through a sanitizer machine. Sarah was the most wonderful librarian, meticulous in her care and selection of books, and just wanted to brag on her big.
My Teens come here to do their school work most of the time. The Ladies in here are very nice and welcoming to them. Thank you very much for being there for them during this pandemic crisis. We will try to get internet soon. Lol ! ud83dude0a
We absolutely love taking our kids to this library.nThe children's section is beautiful and fun. There are two floors with children's books. The downstairs has books for younger children, and the upstairs has books for older children.nThere are also some educational games and toys you can play with.nThe librarians are always very patient and helpful. Sometimes my kids get a little too noisy, but everyone is very laid back, and I seem to be the only one that notices!nAll of the movies they have for rent are family friendly as well.
The absolute best library staff I've ever met. Beautiful little library with a considerable inventory for this small town. So charming and comfortable. Always a pleasure to visit and find my selections. And the computer room is a terrific setup too. Hats off to this wonderful facility and its delightful personnel.
Absolutely delightful loving staff! Everyone there is passionate about children learning and finding the perfect book. I highly recommend this sweet little library, especially the Wednesday 10 am morning story time. They especially go all out for the Summer Reading Program, don't miss it! Your children will have happy memories for a lifetime.
