This place is run very well organized. Easy in & easy out. Had no problem. Only minor complaint was they boxed our SUV in, w/ an RV to the left. RV in front and the wall to the right. I had a claustrophobic meltdown. ud83dude33But it was fine once I got up on deck. And I love that they allow you take your dogs up top. Very cool. We couldn't do that on the Anacortes --> San Juan ferry.

The staff were friendly the ferry is a bit old and the service is average on boat compared to BC ferries.

Easy access in and out for for passengers, very friendly staff

Not impressed with the logistics of this operation. We were the first car in line, but were one of the last cars to be loaded, and the was the very last car through customs in Victoria. Kind of a joke.
