After 3 different years of trying to get on one of these tour boats.. We finally got to go.. Except after speaking to someone on the phone and them saying they wouldn't be busy... We get there and they tell us they have no availability for our group of 6...totally misleading, and did not even get apologies etc. Not to mention the women at the counter were not friendly... That being said Lake Lure is amazing but make sure you get CLEAR communication if your going to do the tour boat
Was told I am not permitted to bring my dog, who is a registered service animal.
Beautiful views and scenery. Steve/ Mike was a great tour guide.
This tour was enjoyable for the whole family! Lots of interesting stories about Lake Lure
A favorite thing for us to do whenever we are in town. Most of the guides are personable and interesting. Great for taking other out of towners and the views are awesome. They do a GREAT job of social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask.
