I cannot speak highly enough of Kenneth and Tim at Friendship Nissan. I did my due diligence with looking for the vehicles I wanted and the financing I needed. Kenneth was so helpful on the phone I decided to drive over an hour to visit the showroom myself. Ironically, on the way my car tire blew out after running over a massive nail. Tim, the dealership manager drove out to pick my children and me up himself. All they asked was for the opportunity to win my business. In the end, I did not purchase from them. It had nothing to do with their incredible service. Even after all their efforts to pick me up and assist my research, I never felt pressured. I sincerely feel like they went above and beyond to win my business. In the end, when I didn't sign a contract they still made sure my kids and I made it safely home. Honesty. Integrity. The folks at Friendship went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new Jeep. The buying experience was relaxed, straight forward and transparent. I love shopping local and supporting folks I know! Our community is very lucky to have a great facility like Friendship to turn to when we need a vehicle! We have had our new Jeep for less than a week, they have already checked in to see if there is anything we need. Every person we came into contact with from sales man to finance was very professional and a breeze to work with. We will be back and I would send any of my friends or family to Friendship.

All I can say is I am very pleased with Nissan Dealerships. I had a great experience when I purchased my Nissan Rouge. Not to mention, when taking my vehicle to Nissan for oil changes, the service department is always friendly. The service manager is like no other at Nissan. When going for my last oil change, I did have a small issue that I expressed to the manager in the service department. Not only did he take interest in my concern, he spoke with me in depth concerning the issue. Nissan made me feel like a person and not just a number like so many businesses do now days. I will be back, and recommend anyone who wishes to drive a great dependable vehicle and be treated fairly, to go to Nissan of Forest City!

My service here from calling and speaking to the receptionist to my salesman, Kenneth, all the way to JJ the finance guys were absolutely seamless. I never felt pressured and they were always honest and up front with me during the entire process. Thanks guys! ud83dude01
