This was my first time and I was impressed by the customer service. I did not have to wait long and they communicated everything with me very well. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. There’s seven other reports of this dealership lying to customers on their Google reviews. We just experienced this and it is a leadership problem within the dealership. The GM hung up on me and then lied to his own sales manager and salesman that we agreed. To be honest, the salesman was nice and patient. We did buy a car for a fair price from him. It’s unfortunate he works here.

I've been working with Forest City Honda since I bought my Honda Ridgeline several years ago. I can't address the sales side of the business since I bought Honda from another dealer. The previous owner had taken the truck to them to be serviced at Forest City and I have stuck with them. I have gotten to know the service managers and I feel like they are looking out for me. Five Stars for service with a smile, and priceless customer care.

My daughter was looking online for a car. We came across a car that was at this dealership for $5,800. When we arrived the car was not on the lot, due to having work done to the radio. Then we were told that it was actually $7,200 and the other was the internet price to get us in the door, then tried to add the price of a new radio. After negotiating we ended up paying $7,250 out the door.nnWe were told that they were good and did a 130 point inspection. The tire sensor light was on and they could not tell me why, when it had 3 bad sensors. We asked the car to be detailed before picking it up and it wasn’t cleaned at all. My daughter had to clean the dog hair out of the seats and sand out of the trunk. She cleaned the entire inside because there was dust and dirt all in it. The battery was bad when we got it and had to be replaced. When they supposedly did the inspection before putting it on the lot ?!

Dont shop here! The guys sitting behind the desk will tell you anything to get you in the door. They obviously don't know what they are doing. Saying bring $1100 as a down payment and then apon arrival say you must pay $5500 and then change again to $9000 for a down payment?? Yeah this place isn't worth the head ache stay away. Biggest joke of a dealership ive ever seen!
