I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Caron and his amazing team. Each and every team member is caring and supportive. I recommended them to my two grown sons and they both go there now too. If you are looking for a top-notch place to go where you aren’t treated like a number, this is it. I am so thankful for this team. They are a true blessing.

My appointment with Dr. Caron went well. However, I received a phone call from the staff about my X-ray results. The problem is that I already knew the results from the X-rays while I was there seeing Dr. Caron. The staff member told me on the phone that my X-rays showed nothing wrong. That was not true. I have a torn rotary cuff and arthritis in my hip. I asked her about the results from my bloodwork and she put me on hold to find out the results. I don't like knowing that my charts are not showing the correct information.

I feel like the staff here is very neglectful. My grandmother is 95 yrs old. Its been several times that the staff here was suppose to call in refills on her medication and have not, causing her to run out of her medication and have to go without. This is no way to treat a patient. Her life depends on these medications!!!

Really cares about their patients. Spends time with them to find out what really is going on...not like the typical in and out drs who spend a max of 10 minutes with you whether you've covered everything or not. Sometimes this causes a little bit of a wait when you are there for your appointment but well worth it. Highly recommend for everyone. Great people from the front desk back.
