Extremely unprofessional office. Had a new patient appointment for my mama. We had a 4:00 pm appointment. When we get there, the receptionist says you are late. You missed your 1:30 pm appointment. They CHANGED the appointment and didn’t tell anyone! She tells me that they changed the appointment. I am my mother’s medical power of attorney and they didn’t even have my number in her chart even though I was the one that made the appointment and I take care of my mama and all of her medical needs. I was very disappointed with our treatment. Needless to say, we have a new patient appointment for another doctor. I am so sad that Dr Hawkins retired and that we are looking for a new family doctor. I am not saying this doctor is not worthy of being your doctor, but the treatment we received by the staff there was repulsive and I will not let my mama or anyone else be treated that poorly as long as I am around.

The lady that answered the phone by the name of Christy was extremely unprofessional and a liar. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Corum whom is no longer there she said and had not been working for their office in well over a year. I explained how untrue that was by looking at the date on my medicine bottle. She then told me I was mistaken so I blatantly called her a liar(how I hate that word). I know this to be true because I didn't become a patient there until after July of 2020 due to an accident. She claims there is no forwarding info for the doctor in which I'm not even sure I believe that if you can lie about something so simple. I possibly would have used another doc in their location but why go somewhere you'll be lied to. Christy needs to be terminated. Per another post someone speaks of seeing her about 6months ago. No wonder my doctor left your office has bad credibility!!

This is new facility in a much needed location. The staff is very nice and professional. I can't say enough kind words about Dr. Corum. She was thoughtful, took her time, and had a genuine concern for my health. I am happy to have a gp I feel like I can communicate with. I highly recommend this facility.
