I am so sad to write this review because my mom loves Courtney so much. It is horrible when I feel like I am jeopardizing my mothers heath to take her to the doctor for a checkup. This practice asks that the patient comes in on two separate days for a check-up. Once to have blood drawn and a second to have the appointment. I have never been to a doctor that asks patients to come to them twice for a well visit; especially during coVid and flu season.nThis morning when I took my elderly mother to have blood drawn, she was asked to come inside and wait, as opposed to having the office call her when it was time to have blood drawn. When she went in the office, no one took her temperature and she was asked to be seated in a very crowded waiting room with mostly elderly patients where NO social distancing was encouraged or practiced. She waited 45 minutes to have blood drawn and when she left, the Purell dispenser was empty.nYou are a medical practice and certainly know better.

The office staff have no idea how to communicate with patients. They will not return phone calls when a message is left. It takes several days to get a response for a text as well. I was charged a copay for a text when I was the one who told the practitioner what was wrong and what I needed. They refuse to remove the copay charge which was never disclosed I would have to pay. This is even after the text was reviewed by his staff where there was no mention of a copay. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Hall, you have the most unprofessional office staff I have ever dealt with. I will be filing a complaint with the local BBB.

Dr. Hall listens to his patients and seems to get to know the individual needs of each. He has a wealth of professiinal knowledge about preventative health strategies and, when I am ill, about interpreting symptoms and recommending the best ways to address them. I trust him, as he has made some important decisions and recommendatiins regarding my health needs over past years, and has helped me to remain healthy. He has a pleasant manner, seems to always be upbeat, and has a keen sense of humor. I never have to wait long and his office staff is pleasant and professional.
