Thirteen years ago I visited this office and saw Dr. Hall. Determining never to see him again, I was disappointed to find that this office of dermatology is the only one accepted by my insurance. I reluctantly made an appointment with his associate, Dr. McConnell (not a relative). I waited an hour for five minutes with Dr. McConnell to check an unusual skin tag. After a brief look, she pronounced it nothing and asked if I wanted it removed. I agreed and she showed no interest in any other skin irritations, which I later learned from my primary care physician are pre-cancerous. I will willingly pay out of pocket to never have to visit this office again.
