They open late every Saturday morning and then have the nerve to stop taking walk-ins at 7pm when they do close until 8. They always encourage you to make an appointment but they are late opening every Saturday which put them behind so what's the point of making an appointment? Let's not forget the fact they aren't up to date on the current nail trends and the lady at the end is trash. I will gladly take my services elsewhere, I will never set foot in KB nails again.
Reasonable prices, friendly customer service. The only negative setback for this business is they never open on time.
The owners, Brian and Tracy, are great!nThey have a large clientele therefore I make appointments and typically don't have to wait too long after my scheduled time.
Always a wait but I don't mind. They do fantastic work!!
I will not go back! I got my nails done a week ago and im having to pay more to have them re-done. All of my nails are lifting from my nail bed and it shouldn't. The woman that did my nails rushed it, even shaping my nails incorrectly. Im very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend to anyone!
