They did what I went there for. They were nice people, but I waited a total of about 9 hours and called them for updates every couple hours, got incorrect information a couple of times. Not sure I would go again but our regular vet wouldn't fit us in (so that's another story), and my baby was really sick.
First time here and nothing more to say except they provided the best care any of my pups have ever received.

My pup required two different surgeries, 3 years apart. I trusted ECVR to do both surgeries for her. Her first one was an ulnar osteotomy on her front legs and it was done by Dr. Williams. It was a specialized surgery which I was fortunate to have a vet local enough to do it. Then she had a bilateral TPLO done by Dr. Gulledge. Both vets were vert professional and explained the procedures and were very clear on what to expect during her post-op. She has healed very well from both surgeries. The only issue I had during the two surgeries and post-op care was scheduling post-op appointments. Just know you do have to plan a couple weeks ahead, and sometimes you have to wait a couple weeks for a call back for an appointment. Attached is a photo of my pup celebrating being released from all restrictions!
Is there a reason you schedule an appointment time? I always have a time they provide and then still wait an hour plus for someone to come out. The bill also has several unexplained charges. The vet did try to give me the most cost effective options possible to save money but ultimately we ended up having to do surgery.
