I have tried to shop here on two occasions, and both times, the female behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to put her phone down to greet a customer. I circled the kiosk and didn’t even get a hello or eye contact. Will not be back

The Sunglass Hut @ K11 in Independence Mall. Michelle is professional and helpful. MUCH better than the fool at the SH @ the Towne Center.
