I would like to see them replace the towels and facets with automatic ones to help with the risk of spreading germs. I do not want to see AMC leave wilmington, this may help make customers feel safer. Very clean and enjoyed being back in the theater. Service was great. Online ordering for food and tickets was convent and safe. Thank you!!
Just saw the Lord of the Rings Trilogy over the weekend. Auditorium 7 was great!! Picture was very clear. The color was great and the sound was perfect!!! This place is solid
Name a stubs member. There are things that can be done better but is mainly maintenance. The people there are friendly and all we can formative and tries to help any way they can.
This place is terrible. Save your money and enjoy the movie at home. Projector color was way off with viability all white color being a hot pink color. Picture clarity was at best 720p. Don't get me started on their additional company policies on specific mask types on top of the states tyrannosaurus mandates. Half of the drink machines were out of the regular choices. All of them were flat with no carbonation. Children's seats to keep the fold down seats down were not available. For a family of 6 watching a movie in a theater at close to $150 this was not the experience one will come back for or recommend to anyone. Will enjoy this movie later in 4k and Dolby Atmos at home much better soon.
Great customer service and very friendly staff. Seamless online ticket and concession order. Visited Christmas day and the theater had limited seating due to COVID-19. The theater was VERY hot and seats were NOT marked for social distancing. Lots of strangers sitting close together to watch a 2.5 hour movie. Seats were very uncomfortable.
