Came here, and there were boxes in the middle of the floor , like umm... safety hazard first off. Customer Service needs work. We asked question , they answered but the vibes were off in there. Honestly they did have what we needed except the crochet needle. When we asked the owner if he had one, he said “probably in one of those boxes” didn’t care to check either. Yeah nah! I will not return. They can improve on their customer service. Wish them the best.

Owner was racially judgemental. Employee's are knowledgeable but their customer service was weak. Items are overpriced, I only shop there as last option because their business hours were extraordinarily convenient.
