I have loved this is boutique since it opened in Wilmington. The owner Lucy and her staff are always super friendly and eager to help any way they can. My favorite part of the shopping experience is that I leave feeling better then when I arrived!! Great selection of apparel, jewelry and gifts. All at a perfect price point! Truly a one stop shop for the perfect outfit or gift.

My go to boutique for sure! I can always count on finding something for any event I attend. Lula Balou has always had a variety to choose from, so I have no problem finding gifts for others or myself. The atmosphere is very unique and hip! Customer service is great always making me feel like I have a personalized shopping experience. All the pieces I’ve gotten are at a GREAT price for the quality. Another plus is the accessories! They have THE best! Local pieces are also sold here! Love it!

I have purchased multiple items from this boutique and I cannot say enough good things about their products. The clothes are unique and fashionable. The sales staff is friendly and personable. The quality of the clothes is also top notch. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone that has a unique sense of style!

I love Lula Balou and have been a loyal customer for many years. They always have the perfect outfit for every occasion! I found a formal dress for an awards ceremony a few years ago at the last minute. And they are always extremely nice and helpful. It’s the best little boutique in Wilmington hands down.

LOVE this boutique. Lucy and her staff are amazing....very helpful. They really have the perfect items at a great price. Definitely my go to boutique when looking for on trend looks.
