Snowden's Jewelers

If I could give zero Stars that's what I would give. The owner had a problem with a homeless guy who was not in front of his store but down the way with a sign asking for help. The owner called law enforcement and had the guy banned from the property if my understanding is correct. In addition to that he's the owner of the jewelry store not the entire shopping center property. The owner grouped him in with all homeless people saying that he was hanging outside of the store charging his phone. I know for a fact that the guy has a place to charge his phone in a vehicle.. and does not use the electricity of the shopping center.Some people fall on hard times.. the homeless guy never bothers anyone. I would not shop here just because of the superiority complex that the owner seems to have.

My wife and I found this Jewelers shop about ten years ago. My wife especially loved Mr.Snowden and his boys, and felt very comfortable discussing current events with them. Of course we like their products as well. Their staff is so friendly. I recommend this shop to all that treasure great service and respect.

Everyone was nice and friendly. My first time in Snowden's was to get Valentine's gifts and they were helpful in showing and explaining the jewelry pieces for what I was looking for. Nice selection for metal allergies for my daughter. Also my fiance raved about them as well because of his experience in buying my engagement ring. He is not an easy man to please when shopping so I had to visit for myself and will be purchasing from them from now on.

Would highly recommend! , they fixed my gold necklace and silver necklace with speed and perfection! They look out for their customers!!

I brought my antique diamond ring in for repair in early December. The band was broken and a couple of small diamonds had fallen out. When I came to pick it up in mid-January it looked perfect. Fast forward one month. The ring band is broken in the same place, and a diamond has fallen out. so much for their repair of $250!
