Absolutely Five Star! Just purchased a beautiful diamond ring for my wife. The service by Judy Bishop was simply the best. Personal and professional. Friendly but also very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we were looking for and also got us a fair price. Alan, the owner, and Josh, the owner’s son, also spent time with us to ensure we were satisfied. My husband and I went in to upgrade my wedding set. I had to go back twice because I don’t know enough about jewelry and for someone who has never had a reason to go shopping for major pieces before, I was a bit overwhelmed. The first set we got was beautiful but didn’t “sit right“ in the end for me. Two weeks after our initial purchase, the Perry’s team was so professional in helping me exchange my pieces. I can’t say enough good things about their staff, pricing, and the selections they offer between the gems, estate jewelry, classic and modern pieces. I can fairly say that I was one of the more challenging customers to please. Everyone was so patient, hospitable, enthusiastic, speedy in fulfilling orders/services and encouraged me to be creative to leave with what suited me. Perry’s Emporium is a great jewelry store, the prices are reasonable and the selection is wonderful. My latest purchase, I have been a happy customer for years, was a ring. I purchased my ring and in their busiest season, they had my ring sized and ready in 3 days. I consider Perry’s Emporium my only jewelry store.
