They have a decent selection of watches and the old man at the counter is very friendly and they actually gave me a battery I could not find anywhere but online, for free! They also can replace your battery their! I will definitely recommend everyone to go here because they have really good customer service! They also are very Covid-19 safe with masks and social distancing. There store is also very clean and overall this seems like one of the best jewelry shops in the area.

I had visited Arthur Rhodes jewelers to have a custom ring made. It was a 5 dollar gold Indian head coin. After the counter person measured the coin. Which I advised the young lady of the dimensions. She agreed with my size measurements. She would give this info to the designer, who was at lunch and was assured I would have a price and design within 24 hours. I did not leave the coin. It has been almost 10 days. I called the store and was assured it was being drawn up. Well no reply has come.nI think this is a poor first impression of this establishment. Customer service should be paramount, not an afterthought
