Belk

Our family likes Belk but for the life of me, I do not understand their discount pricing structure. You basically have to go to the register to find out the cost of any item. The quality of clothes seems higher than other stores.nnEDIT: We stopped going because of the discrepancy in the pricing structure. The correct prices for items are not listed and where they are listed often ring up differently. And you're now required to download an app to know the prices/sale prices for items. How about just pricing the individual items like everyone else does?

store was well organized and clean. employees were friendly. If you use the Belk app and scan an item , they will match the scanned price if the instore price is higher you just have show them the scanned price.

Outstanding first visit, had never been to a Belk before today! All of the staff made me feel welcomed and special and seemed like they took pride working there. Great deals and everything was laid out very neatly. One of the nicest chain stores I've been in for years. Special thanks to Robert at the door assisting me out in a wheelchair and helping me into my car (I wasn't driving, haha)!

Selection could be better. Restrooms and fitting rooms closed so hard to find correct sizes, left with only half the things I was looking for

This store was awesome. So much to choose from and the prices were great!
